During COVID we saw a vast need to match people seeking mental health help with those who could provide it. At that time, there was no online marketplace to connect the two. Inspired by the promise of helping mental health providers help more people, we built the Profi marketplace to begin meeting the need. As our marketplace grew, what we heard from our service providers evolved into daily requests for tools to organize their professional practice and service delivery. So we pivoted to meet the demand with solutions built for the specific needs of the professional service provider: a single, secure place for scheduling, video conferencing, program and content creation, billing and more. So in response to our customers’ needs, we began building the only all-in-one solution available, enabling our customers to manage and grow their service businesses online. Not only mental health practitioners, therapists and coaches of all types, but also consultants, trainers, accountants and lawyers started discovering Profi potential for their businesses.
