Most remote job portals have the following problems:

The offers don’t disclose a salary range

Some roles are actually hybrid or only consider candidates from certain countries

Compensation is very low outside of the US
I want to fix this.

Location agnostic pay

For this reason, all published roles here must include a salary range, be fully remote across multiple timezones and pay at least 100k USD/year.
